John 3:16 Ministries is a beatiful, natural campus nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. The location is very unique in that if you travel less than 10 miles to the East, you're in the fertile river bottom farming lands of the White and Black River. In stark contrast, if you travel a few miles to the West, you will find yourself in the scenic, hardwood forests which are the beginning of the Ozark Mountains. The beautiful surroundings create a natural, serene setting for the Ministry, far away enough from the busy city life which makes for a peaceful and relaxing environment, yet close enough to the Batesville area that the necessities of life such are just a short drive away

As you enter the campus, you are greeted by the three crosses on the left which have not only become the symbol of Christ's suffering, resurrection and everlasting life, which is a wonderful way to welcome residents and guests to the Ministry. The crosses stand tall on the bank of the lake that provides residents with excellent fishing, boating and several seats and swings in which the residents can relax. The lake is stocked with several varieties of fish and also have many ducks which live happily at the lake the entire year. A pavillion also sits beside the lake, which provides an excellent cover for outdoor gatherings.

Next to the lake is our garden. Our residents take great pride in the garden, which supplies fresh vegetables to the campus. In this garden, we grow corn, squash, green beans, tomatoes, peppers as well as many other vegetables. Also on the campus, a wide variety of livestock is raised, which is also used to provide food for the residents.
